Turret punching

We have a 30 tonne CNC turret punch, with a good range of tooling, enabling us to economically produce complex parts from your component drawings or DXF files.

If we don’t have the tooling you require we can, depending on the size of the production run, obtain it for you.

CNC folding

We have 3 CNC press brakes of 35 tonne, 120 tonne and 160 tonne capacity and can fold up to 3 metres of 6mm steel plate. These machines are capable of working to tolerances of less than 0.2mm, ensuring high quality parts that fit correctly.

Robotic MIG welding

The addition of an Almega 6 axis welding robot has increased our ability to take on production volumes of complex welding jobs. The speed and high quality of the welds produced usually results in less cost for the customer.

TIG & MIG welding

Our staff are highly experienced in all aspects of the TIG and MIG welding processes on stainless, aluminium & mild steel.

Guillotining

We have two guillotines able to cut up to a maximum of 2.5 metres x 3mm and 4.0 metres x 6mm. N.C. back gauges ensure accurate and consistent cuts.

Laser cutting

Is an ideal process for cutting intricate parts from stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.

Fabrication

We can offer a customised solution for our customers’ fabrication requirements.
